Product composition and structure

Basic composition: anode (copper core wire + conductive sheath), pre-filled material-petroleum calcined coke, textile cover layer, long fiber braid.
Copper core wire: The continuous copper core wire provides a stable current for the anode. In order to ensure flexibility, it is made of 133 strands of tinned copper wire double hinged.
Conductive sheath: as the main body of the anode, it has good conductivity, can protect the copper core wire from external corrosion, and at the same time draw out the protective current.

Calcined petroleum coke powders:

·The contact resistance between the auxiliary anodeand soil is reduced;
·Electrochemical reaction is performed between the carbon powder around the auxiliary anode (conductive polymer or MMO/Ti wire) and soil electrolyte, so as to prevent the protected matters from being subjected to electrochemical corrosion and prolong the service life of the auxiliary anode

Fabric Jecket:
